Seikichi “Sei” “Opu” Tokuda
SEIKICHI "SEI" "OPU" TOKUDA (85), born in Waipahu, retired Professor of Microbiology, University of New Mexico, and U. S. Army veteran, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2016 at home in Albuquerque, NM. Sei was married to Miyoko "May" Tokuda for 44 years until her passing in 1999. He is survived by his wife, Pat Folsom, brother Seiko "Sam," son David (partner Linda), son Ray, daughter Kathleen, niece Esther, hanai grandchildren Carla and Christy, and many close relatives in HI and on the mainland. A dual memorial service for Sei and his dear brother Robert Seiji "Bob" Tokuda will be held on February 6th at 10 am, Jikoen Hongwanji Mission, 1731 N. School St, Honolulu. Aloha attire.
