Glenn Joseph "Chumpy" Rodrigues Sr., 69, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation groundskeeper and a Navy veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Glenn Jr., daughter Desiree Delos Santos, sister Maureen and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Feb. 5 at the mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
