77Chung Peng Fan, 73, of Redding, Calif., a physicist, died in San Mateo, Calif. He was born in Tong Li, China. He is survived by wife Lucy; daughters Sylvia Erickson, and Doria and Julia Fan; stepdaughter Esther Hsu; brothers Henry, William, Milton and Chung; and four grandchildren.
