Robert V. Fraker, 83, of Kaneohe, a former airline and flight school owner and manager, Cessna Aircraft International Division employee and an Oklahoma Air National Guard veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Chickasha, Okla. He is survived by nieces Cathy Gruber, Janis Cibelli and Gail Whipple; and caregiver Jaime Horton. Committal services: 1 p.m. Thursday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. at 95 Nakoko Place, second floor, Honolulu Airport.
