78Suwan Raksilapa, 80, of Ewa, a groundskeeper at Royal Kunia Country Club, died in Aiea. He was born in Yasothon province, Thailand. He is survived by wife Samniang, son Thomas, daughters Ganya and Yuphawan, and a grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel.
