Chester Paul "Czeslaw" Kobylanski, 77, of Ewa Beach, an Army veteran, a former United Foam Co. employee and city Parks and Recreation Department retiree, died in Kapolei. He was born in Huta, Poland. He is survived by sons James and Jeffrey, daughter Cathy White, brothers Eddy and Bogdan "Buggy," 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. Feb. 18 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
