William Richard Cliff, 75, of Kailua-Kona, a commercial airline pilot and a Navy veteran, died in Tahiti. He was born in Aurora, Ill. He is survived by partner Gabriella Cooper, sons Christopher and Michael Peele, daughters Margaret Parks and Jennifer Levake, mother Angelyn, sisters Charlene and Angela, and six grandchildren. Private services and a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
