80Catherine Priscilla Vicente Phillips, 89, of Hilo, a homemaker, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Papaikou, Hawaii. She is survived by sons the Rev. Clyde and Gary V., sister Beatrice Hanrahan and two grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Feb. 16 at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Feb. 17 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Papaikou. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery, Section I. Casual attire.
