KENNETH KIKUO KUROKAWA Kenneth Kikuo Kurokawa, 73, of Kula, Maui, passed away on February 6, 2016 at Islands Hospice in Kahului. He was born on January 23, 1943 in Paauilo, Hawaii. Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului. Memorial services will begin at 6:30 p.m. Family requests in lieu of flowers, monetary donations be made to Islands Hospice at 149 Ma'a Street, Kahului, HI 96732. Kenneth retired as president of Austin, Tsutsumi & Associates, Inc. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Kurokawa; brother, Reginald Kurokawa of Pukalani; sisters, Geraldine (Harold) Kraynek of Lake Forest, CA, Jacqueline (Chuck) Probst of Kula; and Nadine (Gary) Demaree of Kamuela, Hawaii.
