David Allen Cunha, 62, of Kaneohe, a retired heavy-equipment operator at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe Bay and a Marine Corps sergeant, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Peabody, Mass. He is survived by wife Gwen; son David; daughter Jessica; hanai daughters Renee Shintani, Theresa Hay and Arrow Cunha; and three grandchildren.
