Henry Etsuro Miura, 89, of Honolulu, a retired controller at American Mutual Underwriters Ltd. and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the Military Intelligence Service, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Tomiko, sons Matthew K. and Max J., brother Ralph K. and four grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary gifts.
