JUDITH PILLMAN BREDHOFF, 78 Judith Pillman Bredhoff, 78, died peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice Maui on Monday February 15, 2016. Memorial services will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church by The Sea (Kulanihakoi St., Kihei) on Friday, March 11, 2016. 4:00pm visitation, 5:00pm service, and reception to follow. Judith was a retired DOE Big Island secondary school teacher. Upon retirement she and her husband, Carl "Soot" Bredhoff, moved to Maui where she tutored home-bound students and taught adult citizenship classes. She served as Treasurer of Huialoha church in Kaupo for 40 years. She is survived by her husband, Carl "Soot" Bredhoff of 48 years, their daughter, Sarah Bredhoff, a sister Suzanne McLaughlin, and many loving nieces and nephews.
