81Kiyoko Bernice "Kay" Yamada, 96, of Honolulu, a retired licensed practical nurse and X-ray technician, died at home. She was born in Honomu, Hawaii. She is survived by son Dan M., daughter Charlotte N., brothers J0hn and Yoshito Fujioka, and sister Miyoko Sato. Visitation: 4 p.m. March 5 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
