Ian McDougall, 79, of Dallas, Ore., a retired division chief coordinator for the city Department of Land Utilization and a veteran of the Army Reserve and Army Corps of Engineers, died in Salem, Ore. He was born in Glendale, Calif. He is survived by wife Marilyn, son Craig, daughter Susanna and stepdaughters Tracy and Diane. No services.
