74Lettitia Ulanday "Tish" Weaver, 73, of Koloa, Kauai, a retired Makai Properties office manager, died. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by daughters Lavonne Kanahele and Leilani Santos, son David Jr., sisters Loraine Stout and Christine McDaniel, brothers Bernaldo "Blu" Jr. and Mark Ulanday, nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. March 20 at Poipu Beach Park, main pavilion. Services at noon.
