81Teofilo "Mayor Teddy" Manaois, 86, of Wahiawa, a retired Pearl Harbor Navy Exchange employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by son Teofilo Jr.; daughters Shirley Burgess, Sandra Pasion, Cynthia Parangan and Marie Rathburn; brothers Daniel and Emeterio; sisters Cecilia Mariano and Loretta Estabillo; 14 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. March 13 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 5:30 p.m. Burial: 11 a.m. March 14 at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
