70John Albert "Captain Jack" McCormick Jr., 89, of Honolulu, a retired pilot and captain for Western Airlines and Delta Air Lines, died in Honolulu. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by wife Sherma W.; daughters Barbara M. Donley, Michelle M. Pratt and Denise A. McCormick; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. No services.
