Phil B. Urquhart, 77, of Makiki, a chief estimator and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in San Saba, Texas. He is survived by sons Phil, Chris, Brian and Timothy; brothers John and Willey; and five grandchildren. Services: 1 p.m. March 19 at Alii Beach Park, Haleiwa. Casual attire.
