78Roy Heigi Higa, 91, of Las Vegas, formerly of Kaimuki, a retired carpenter, died in Aiea. He was born in North Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Misayo; sons Andy T. and Colin S.; daughters Lynn Hoshida; sisters Shizuko Miyashiro, Tomiko Arakaki, Jean Nagamine, Dorothy Gibo and Linda Shishido; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. March 28 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
