74Elizabeth Castillo Baker, 92, of Honolulu, a retired secretary for the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, died in Palolo Chinese Home. She was born in Kapaa, Kauai. She is survived by son James R., daughter Eleu A. Nalu-Herald and a grandchild. Private services.
