H. William "Bill" Burgess, of Honolulu, attorney and founding father of the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii and a Marine Corps veteran, will be remembered in services 4 p.m. April 3 at the Pacific Club, 1451 Queen Emma St. Aloha business attire. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations suggested to the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii, Mediation Center of the Pacific, Heritage Foundation or Hillsdale College; contributions may be given to family at services or mailed to Keli'i Akina, 335 Merchant St. #3377, Honolulu, HI 96801.
