Predeceased by wife, Rose Sanchez Garcia. He is survived by brother, George Garcia; sister, Rosie Garcia; caregiver, Billy Garcia; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation 9:00 AM Tuesday April 5 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Service 10:00 AM. Committal Service 1:00 PM at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
