Richard Yoshitake Oshiro, 68, of Mililani, a Navy veteran and retired electrician for the City and County of Honolulu, died in Honolulu. He was born in Japan. He is survived by wife Young Cha, sons Alex and Alan, daughter Blair and sisters Jane Kobashigawa, Lois Hasegawa and Sela Amundsen. Private services.
