83Harvey J. Jicha, 75, of Mililani, a retired federal civil service employee, died in Mililani. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Jonathan and James K.; daughter Stephanie Newton; brothers Glenn Jicha and Carl Ray and Daniel Cook; sisters Arlene Hicks, Gloria Jicha, Carlene Orillo and Linda Bergantinos; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. April 9 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m.
