82Kalena Nalehua Soares "Lena" Medeiros, 18, of Hilo, a Diamond Head Cove Health Bar employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by parents Alika Medeiros and Brandy Cabasa, sister Keana, brother Nick Miyasato and grandparents Aaron and Ruth "Lulu" Miyasato. Visitation: 3 p.m. April 16 at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Celebration of life: 4:30 p.m. Scattering of ashes: 10 a.m. April 17 at Keaukaha. Casual attire.
