Paul Utsumi, 97, of Waipahu, a retired Internal Revenue Service agent and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Waipahu. He was born in Hiroshima, Japan. He is survived by wife Toshiko; sons Randall and Barry; daughters Johnette Yoshida and Carole Tsutsumi; sister Bette Knott; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
