69Cathy Anne Halushka, 45, of Ewa Beach died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Tillamook, Ore. She is survived by sons Jackson and Lukas, father Raoul Menard, mother Yoko Menard and brother Mark Menard. Visitation: 10 a.m. May 1 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
