78Tatsuko Nishimura, 91, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Taxation delinquent tax collection assistant, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Brian, Kyle and Eugene; brother Tokiwo Nagata; sister Sue Saiki; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
