79Juanita Briones Butacan, 89, of Lihue, a retired Kauai Surf housekeeper, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by daughter Merlyn Powers, 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. June 1 at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m.
