79Milton Lee "Mike" Roscoe Jr., 72, of Kaneohe, a city manager in Missouri, died at home. He was born in Kansas City, Mo. He is survived by wife Carolyn, sons Robert and Scott, daughters Sachiko and Jan, sister Susan Casebeer, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers.
