He is survived by wife Maxine; sons Francis Jr., Rockne and Chadwick; daughter Coreen Eslit; brother Bill; sister Shiela Bagayan; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. June 16 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
