78Gaymond Hiwauli Apaka, 60, of Hilo, a Christian education teacher at Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Campus Middle School and associated pastor at Haili Congregational Church, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Elena "Eri"; sons Lon, Kensy and Kimo; parents Kenneth and Pansy; sister Alana Foster; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 3:30 p.m. June 25 at Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Campus, William Charles Lunalilo Center. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
