Richard Oscar "Dick" Linke, 98, of Holualoa, Hawaii, a personal manager in the entertainment industry, former Lakeside Golf Club president and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by wife Bettina; sons Paul and Richard Jr.; daughters Nanci Linke-Ellis, Katharine Linke and Bettina Marie McCullough; and 10 grandchildren. Private services.
