Warren Teruo Higa, 74, of Waipahu, an Army veteran and a retired First Hawaiian Bank vice president in the business services division, died in Waipahu. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Geraldine S. "Gerry," son Lance S., brother David M., and sisters Thelma S. Mitsuyasu and Jane H. Liu. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. June 24 at Diamond Head Mortuary.
