Jerry Tsugio "Tsugio" Azuma, 89, of Honolulu, an Army veteran who served in World War II, a retired Armour Foods salesman and director of purchasing at the Pacific Club, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in North Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Charlotte Ann, son Sheldon, daughters Darlene Chock and Susan Yuen, brother Gary, sisters Barbara Tadaki and Aileen Setoda, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. June 24 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
