Kenneth Koon Chuck Chang, 84, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force major and former president of the Oo Syak Gee Lu Society, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Donna, son Kevin and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. June 25 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Manoa Chinese Cemetery. Casual attire.
