Kazuma "Acey" Ogata, 91, of Honolulu, a retired electrician for Halfhill Electric Co. and an Army veteran who served in World War II in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in the Plaza at Waikiki. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sister Yaeko Sugai. Private services.
