Akira Hayashida, 95, of Mililani, formerly of Lanai, a retired Dole employee, died in Pearl City. He was born in Paauhau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Momono, sons Jerold and Glenn, daughters Elsie Morikawa and Irene Toguchi, caregivers Jesse and Lorna Macaburas, eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
