80Curtis McKay "Kurt" Thomas, 50, of Honolulu, an E Noa tour guide and a commercial design artist, died in Straub Clinic and Hospital. He was born in Spanish Fork, Utah. He is survived by companion Aya Shimizu; daughters Anastasia and Natalia; parents Gordon and Janice; brothers Michael and Nathan; sisters Diane, Patricia, Jana, Lisa, Jennifer and Brenda; and two grandchildren.
