Fred Seiji Saiki, 86, of Aiea, a retired City and County of Honolulu planner and an Army veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sandra, son Wallace, daughters Lyn Matsuda and Cynthia Imamura, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. June 29 at Diamond Head Mortuary.
