KENNETH T. HIGA Kenneth T. Higa, 76, passed away on June 4, 2016 at Islands Hospice in Honolulu. Born in Makaweli on Kauai, he retired from UNOCAL 76-Hawaii after 26 years as Manager of Operations. Ken was a respected industry leader that advocated for operational safety and environmental responsibility. Survived by wife Leatrice; son Kenrick; and a sister. Private services were held. No monetary offerings or koden.
