Ronald Tracy Spinney Jr., 82, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Education principal and a Navy veteran, died in a foster care home. He was born in Providence, R.I. He is survived by wife Karen; sons Paul Kemp and Sean Arakaki; daughters Cynthia and Sandra Spinney, Tracey Kauahi, Sheri Dawn Reyes and Joy Green; and 10 grandchildren. Private services.
