83Donald Tetsuya Takenaka, 84, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Accounting and General Services maintenance employee, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ruby Y.; son David T. Jr.; daughters Donna L. Ige and Carol A. Takenaga; brothers Byron, Leslie and Kenneth; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services. No monetary offerings.
