72Milagros Dulay Badua, 83, of Tracy, Calif., a retired production line worker at duty-free Hawaiian King Candies, died in Tracy. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by sons Rupert, Raynald, Ron, Robin and Roger; daughters Remy Orpiano, Revelyn Carig, Rose Blalock, Sally Newhouse, Ruth Campos, Rebecca Santarina and Racquel Helms; brothers Dr. Rolando and Jr. Dulay; 40 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
