TAMMY TAMAKO YOSHITAKE May 11, 1924 - June 12, 2016 Born in Hilo and moved to Honolulu after high school. Worked for VHY and American Savings and Loan before going to Japan to work at GHQ, FEC. Met future husband who was in the army and moved to San Francisco. Accompanied husband to Monterey, CA; Sapporo, Japan; and St. Louis, MO before returning to Hawaii. Moved to San Francisco again and eventually returned to Hawaii where she retired from First Fedral Savings and Loan. Tammy was a remarkable person, kind, humble and always seeing the good in people. She used to say if you can't say anything nice about anyone, don't say it. She was predeceased by son Keith and daughter Cheryl. Survived by husband Ty.
