Wade Cornell Madriaga, 55, of Kurtistown, Hawaii, a cook for Oshiro Tofu and a retired Hawaii Army National Guard veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sisters Jessie Veriato, Magdalene Fernandez and Eileen Nishimoto; and brother Rogelio. Visitation: 11 a.m. July 21 at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2 Pavilion, Hilo. Committal services and burial to follow. Casual attire.
