Ronald Francis Bruggeman, 53, of Hilo, an aircraft mechanic, aircraft inspector and Air Force veteran, died at home. He was born in Greenville, Ohio. He is survived by wife Marija, parents Gerald and Patricia, brother John and sisters Kathy Kiser and Vicky Longfellow. Private services.
