He was born in Honolulu and is survived by his wife Tamua (Lauti) Waiolama, son Kamakana Waiolama-Cruz, brothers Crayton, Wayne, Jacob, Kalei, Kris, and John Wayne, sisters Ruby, Wayndee, Juanita, Nancy, Nafeesah, Jemima, Joscelyn and Jazmen. He is the son of the late Wayne Kalei Waiolama Sr. and Edalene "Kitty" K'aakauhemaokalani (Lum) Waiolama. Visitation is at 10a.m July 23, 2016 at 84-364 Jade Street. Makaha, HI 96792. Casual attire and no flowers.
