Anderson, Kayashia-Lynn Anderson Green, Tatiana Kanalulu, Ryana Kanalulu, Alexis Jenks and Danesa McShane; mother B.J. Hookano; father Thomas; stepfather Hook Hookano; brother Derek T. Anderson; and stepsisters Irish Dimaree and Lisa Hookano. Services: 2 p.m. July 29 at Salt Lake District Park, 1159 Ala Lilikoi Place. Refreshments: 3 to 6 p.m.
