Francis Lee Topliff, 89, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a retired ordained pastor for the Church of the Nazarene who served in the Hilo, Paradise Park and Molokai churches, and a Navy seaman first class (Sea Bees) who served in World War II, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Jewell, Kan. He is survived by wife Dixie L., son Leslie, daughter Wrayanna Mann, brother Guy, two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. July 26 at the Paradise Park Church of Nazarene Connection Point, Keaau. Services: 5:30 p.m. Urn committal: Noon July 27 at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Flowers/lei welcome.
